Kentucky State University’s Land Grant Program strengthens underserved communities, families, farmers, individuals and youth to improve their quality of life with state-of-the- art, research-based educational programs. The agricultural research and cooperative extension programs work to resolve agricultural, educational, economic, and social problems of the people of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, especially limited-resource persons and families. The various programs of the college are supported by federal, state, and corporate funds.
